An M&E specialist projects and turnkey contractor offering complete design and build services, chose Dextra Lighting as its lighting supplier for the refurbishment of a substantial office space at 140 Leadenhall Street, London EC2. A new lighting system was at the centre of this complete office refurbishment, with the Contractor searching for a modern, energy efficient lighting solution to replace the outdated fluorescent luminaires currently in-situ.
The in-house lighting design team at Dextra developed a tailored LED lighting scheme incorporating market-leading DALI lighting controls to provide both flexibility and efficiency throughout the workspace. The new control system offers simple and precise user-controlled dimming and zoning, ensuring desired light levels are achieved throughout all areas while significantly reducing energy consumption. The intelligent approach taken by Dextra’s design team not only enhances user comfort but also provides long-term operational savings for the client.
By upgrading the old fluorescent lighting to Dextra’s energy efficient LED system, the office area has transformed into a brighter and more inspiring space that is beneficial for both employees and the environment.
