Intelligent Nodes at the Core

Every DexNET-enabled luminaire includes a built-in wireless control Dexcore node, forming the backbone of the system. These nodes enable communication between devices while also supporting a range of automation and control features.They can operate in simple, local, semi-broadcast mode or they can be fully addressed to support multiple DALI devices, acting as a remote mini DALI router, depending on the level of control required.

IR Setup with Remote Emergency Test & Basic Grouping

DexNET includes a simple infrared (IR) remote control option, designed for quick setup and localised control without the need for additional devices or software. This approach is ideal for smaller installations or scenarios where fast, on-the-spot adjustments are required. Using the IR remote, installers can configure basic grouping and perform essential commissioning tasks directly at the luminaire level. It also provides a straightforward way to trigger emergency tests, making it a practical tool for maintenance and compliance checks.
