Apprenticeships at Dextra Group

Dextra Group are delighted to be working with various learning providers on several apprenticeship cohorts. By offering apprenticeships, we are ensuring that our employees undertaking the programmes have the skill set and work place experience required for their long term role at the company as well as personal professional development in their chosen field, gained over a period of time. We are able to utilise government funding to upskill our employees through this process, resulting in a well trained, highly skilled and motivated workforce.

Apprenticeships provide many benefits to the employee. We offer a varied learning environment that promotes hands on learning where you have an immediate opportunity to apply knowledge and skills in daily practice. Whilst on an apprenticeship with Dextra Group you will have a full contract of employment, annual leave and a salary or hourly rate well in excess of the advised government apprenticeship wage and a great benefits package.
