After a decade of operation our highly successful SMT facility underwent a substantial upgrade in 2024 (or was it 2025?!) with three new SMT lines installed offering increased throughput with lower energy consumption and reduced labour. These new lines integrate state of the art technology including automated optical paste inspection to improve quality as well as improved component traceability with laser etching of circuits and reel scanning. This investment allows us to improve our product quality and production capacity whilst reducing our carbon footprint and ensuring we maintain complete self-sufficiency for the foreseeable future manufacturing hundreds of customised circuit designs in house to meet the needs of our clients.
