Lighting Controls Design Engineer

Main duties & responsibilities
- To provide a full range of lighting control designs and layouts.
- To provide technical support on our products and control systems.
- May be a requirement to occasionally provide on-site support.
- Managing day to day enquiries from Project Co-ordinators relating to control designs.
- To assist with planning and organising commissioning projects and engineers diary.
- To assist with organising essential paperwork at both pre and post commissioning stages.
- Follow all Quality Control guidelines set by the Company.
- Follow the requirements of the Company’s ISO Procedure.
- Follow the Company’s Health and Safety Policy, work instructions & safe systems of work.
Post requirements
- Previous knowledge of lighting controls an advantage, but training will be given.
- Confident and professional approach with dealing with both internal and external contacts.
- Able to work confidently as part of a team or alone on large projects.
- Clean driving licence.
- Flexible and strong character.
- High attention to detail and willingness to learn and support new systems as they are introduced.
- Computer literate with good all round knowledge of IT systems an advantage.
