Introduction
The Forteco Chill offers a powerful, robust and versatile solution designed specifically for cold store and freezer applications operating to temperatures as low as -40°C, but is equally well suited to any installation where it is desirable to house the driver and emergency control gear remotely. With die cast aluminium LED housings and steel spine finished in powder coat grey RAL9006 the Forteco Chill is designed to achieve an IK10 rating combined with IP65 ingress protection. The Forteco Chill can be supplied with an integral R11 presence detection sensor offering significant energy savings in freezer applications ensuring the luminaires only operate during periods of occupancy. With three lens options and 2, 4 or 6 LED circuit variants offering up to 60,000lm output, the Forteco Chill can tailored to suit a wide range of applications, mounting heights and luminaire spacings. The Forteco Chill is also available with a wide range of dimming and emergency options and incorporates lithium batteries as standard for extended warranty and lifetime with two emergency output variants.
